As the festive season winds down, we reflect on the remarkable success achieved by sellers using Repricer over the crucial holiday period, spanning from November 1st to December 31st. 

The year-over-year data from 2022 and 2023 paints a vivid picture of growth for our clients, showcasing the effectiveness of strategic pricing in a competitive market.

A Season of Significant Growth

The Holiday Season is always a key period for sellers, and this year, it proved especially successful for those using Repricer. The numbers tell a compelling story of significant growth in sales, highlighting the effectiveness of automated pricing strategies in boosting revenues during the busiest shopping times.

Analyzing clients’ sales data saw a robust increase across all categories. For sales of 10,000 units, revenue increased by 46.37%, and for those of 20,000 units, there was a significant jump in revenue of 55.64%. Another substantial growth was seen in sales of over 20,000 units, which escalated by 53.92%.

This culminated in a grand total increase of 53.14% in sales revenue compared to the 2022 holiday season.

In comparison, the average growth for Amazon sellers YoY across the industry was 24%.

These results are in large part due to the speed and functionality of Repricer’s dynamic pricing. Throughout the holiday season, Repricer handled an average of 1.7 billion daily price changes for our clients. This enabled them to swiftly react to competitors’ price changes, ensuring they remained competitive, win the Buy Box more often whilst notably enhancing sales, especially during peak purchasing times like Black Friday.

Another contribution to our clients’ success has been due to the new features released this year, such as the capability to adjust prices based on their sales and to compete with sellers on different ASINs. This approach allowed our clients to make more profit by exploring alternative repricing strategies, moving beyond the conventional methods of competitive repricing.
